Collections Strengths: Trifolium (clover)
Due to the research of Patrick Kennedy (Professor of Agronomy in the early 20th century) and Beecher Crampton (the late curator of the herbarium), we have an excellent collection of California clovers including many vouchers documenting early plantings of nonnative clovers that were later introduced in California rangelands.
