Cones
We have a collection of 600 conifer cones, primarily from western North America. A list of cones in the collection can be provided upon request.
The collection data for these is available on the Consortium of California Herbaria data portal: www.cch2.org. To locate our cone collections, select your species in the TAXONOMY bar, then DAV - University of California, Davis Center for Plant Diversity - Vascular Plants in the COLLECTIONS bar, and Fruit: Present in the TRAIT CRITERIA bar. This will bring up the collection data for the specimen. We have not yet imaged our cone collection, so contact us if you need an image.
