Google Maps address is 505 Hutchison Drive, Davis, CA. The nearest parking garage is the “Pavilion Structure” at the NE corner of Dairy Road and Hutchison Drive (Google Maps address: 2 Dairy Road, Davis, CA).

From I-80

1. Take the State Route 113 exit north towards Woodland, after 1 mile take the Hutchison Drive exit
2. At the top of the ramp, turn right onto Hutchison Drive, heading east
3. Continue on Hutchison Drive past its intersection with LaRue Road (stoplight)
4. Continue past Dairy Road (second stoplight), then turn left into the parking garage (see map below)
5. Find visitor spots and pay for parking using an app or at kiosk (see below for details)

From Woodland via SR 113 (and points north on I-5)

1. Head south on SR 113, take the Hutchison Drive exit, turn left on to Hutchison Drive, heading east
2. Continue on Hutchison Drive past its intersection with LaRue Road (stoplight)
3. Just past Dairy Road (second stoplight) turn left into the parking garage (see map below)
4. Find visitor spots and pay for parking using AMP Park App or kiosk (see below for details)

Parking Options and Costs

• Parking fees apply Monday – Friday, 7 am - 10 pm. 
• Parking is free on weekends and university holidays except during special events where parking areas with permit requirements will be posted in advance.

1. Visitor spots: There are 30-minute free visitor spots on the lower left (north side) of the Pavilion Structure.
2. Daily permit: If you are staying longer, you must pay for parking. AggiePark uses the AMP Park App. This app allows you to park pretty much anywhere on campus all day for $16. Here is a link to the AMP Park instructions.
3. Hourly parking: If you are staying <4 hours and don’t want to pay $16 for the whole day, use the payment kiosks outside the ground floor of each stairwell of the Pavilion Structure to pay for up to four hours of parking. You will need to enter your license plate number into the kiosk and pay with a credit card (Visa and Mastercard only; they do not accept cash).
4. Specimen Drop-off: If you have a large amount of specimens or equipment to carry, please contact the herbarium at 530-752-1091 to arrange for access to our loading dock.

Finding Us on Campus

If you parked in the garage on Hutchison Drive, we are the third building on your left walking east on Hutchison Drive. We are located on the ground floor at 1026 Katherine Esau Science Hall (formally Sciences Laboratory Building). Please call the herbarium at 530-752-1091 if you need assistance.
